RETURNS

Posie Turner wants you to love your socks. If you are not pleased with your purchase, we will process an exchange or refund subject to the following terms. 

  • Socks must be returned within 15 days of your purchase date receipt.
  • Socks must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with your receipt.
  • You will be credited for your purchase less shipping in the original form of payment.
  • Customers returning product not in the original condition may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 50% of the total amount of the original purchase price.
  • Sorry, but we don't offer refunds on sale merchandise, including promo code sales.
  • We cannot accept C.O.D. packages and deliveries.
  • We will contact you via email when your return has been processed.

Exchanges

  • We are happy to exchange your product. Socks must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
  • We will contact you via email when your exchange has been processed.

Return Requests

  • Contact customercare@posieturner.com with your request.
  • Please make sure merchandise is securely packed in the original box, if possible, removing all extra labels from the outside of the package. 
  • Please enclose a copy of the original receipt.
  • Ship merchandise back using a traceable shipping method, such as USPS or UPS insured. Posie Turner is not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise.
